今年度から第２学年には、火曜日と水曜日の授業にネイティブの英語講師Gemma先生が参加され、よりコミュニカティブ（コミュニケーション能力を重視する)に学習を進めています。その一例として、コミュニケーション英語２において、自分で作成したPictograms（ピクトグラム/絵文字・標識)のプレゼンテーションを行った作品と英語表現２で行った助動詞を使ったSkit（スキット/寸劇）を紹介します。

middle of the circle, and it has a big slash in it.　Third, the color of
the circle and slash is red.
　This sign shows that I must not watch TV when I don’t finish my
homework.　I don’t like studying, so I usually put off my homework and watch TV.　But I need to study very hard.

　I made this pictogram because many students leave the straps of their bags hanging down and Mr. Fukuda always warns them about it.

　B : I went to London to go to the British Museum.　I could see a
lot of ethnic costumes and masks.　You had better go there once.
　A : Oh, I have lived in London for three years.　So, I’ve seen it.
　B : Really?　That’s news to me.
　A : Just kidding.　In fact, I didn’t go anywhere during this holiday because I would rather stay home and study alone.
　B : Really?　You should have gone outside.
　A : That’s true, but I thought it might rain in the next few days.
　B : I know you don’t like terrible weather, but today’s newspaper says tomorrow’s weather will be fine.
　A : Nice!　If it’s fine tomorrow, what would you like to do?
